At The Robot Doctors, we value trust and honesty. This is why we honor a “No fix. No Charge.” policy. Unless otherwise specified, you wont be charged for a device we couldn’t fix.

Our 6 month warranty covers part defects and installation errors on what ever work we did to your device So long as there is no physical damage to the device, you are covered under our 6 month warranty.
(Example. if we replaced your HDMI port, that is what is covered under warranty. If your system stops displaying after 5 months for no reason, and there is no damage to the port, we got you covered for free! )
